I provide supervision for pre-licensed counselors in Tennessee who want a thoughtful, supportive space to grow in confidence, strengthen clinical skills, deepen case conceptualization, and navigate ethical challenges.
Whether you’re in an agency or private practice, our work will be collaborative and tailored to your professional goals and client needs.
I’m a great fit for supervisees who have a special interest in trauma-focused work, including complex trauma, dissociation, and attachment-related concerns. I integrate my advanced training in EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting, and trauma assessment tools to help you develop in these areas.
If your caseload is primarily couples or young children, I may not be the best fit for you since these are not my areas of specialty. While we can discuss occasional cases in these populations, my supervision is best suited for those whose work focuses on individual clients, particularly in trauma-related contexts.
Supervision sessions are structured but flexible, creating space for:
Discussing clinical cases and interventions
Exploring ethical questions and risk considerations
Strengthening your documentation and case formulation
Reflecting on how your own process impacts your client work
Format & Fee:
Individual or dyadic (counts as individual in TN)
Weekly 60-minute sessions when I am your primary supervisor
In-person or HIPAA-compliant video
$100 per 60-minute session
My supervision style is grounded in Interpersonal Process Recall (IPR), supported by a person-centered foundation. In IPR, we reflect together on key moments from your sessions as we explore your thoughts, feelings, and decision-making in the moment to better understand your clinical choices and enhance your effectiveness. This approach not only supports your skill development but also helps you become more aware of how your inner process influences your work with clients.
